Clear terms for using SoldSleuth.

Service

SoldSleuth is a Chrome extension that helps eligible users view actual accepted-offer prices on supported eBay sold-results pages. Features may depend on eBay page structure, account access, Product Research availability, and third-party services.

License and subscription

A paid subscription provides a revocable, non-transferable license for one Chrome installation at a time. You may not share, resell, reverse engineer, or use a license key to provide access to others. Subscription pricing and billing terms are shown at checkout.

Acceptable use

You agree to use SoldSleuth lawfully and in accordance with applicable third-party terms. You may not interfere with the service, bypass license controls, automate abusive request volumes, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Third-party services

SoldSleuth relies on Chrome, eBay, Stripe, Supabase, and Resend. Their services and terms are separate from ours. SoldSleuth is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay.

Availability and accuracy

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every listing can be resolved. Results should be verified before making a purchase, sale, pricing, or business decision.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms as functionality changes. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, nonpayment, fraud, or conduct that threatens the service or other users.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoldSleuth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on third-party data.
